CrossFit Group Training

CrossFit Group Training keeps you motivated and achieving your goals while working with an expert coach who keeps you safe and injury-free. Each day, we build a challenging workout based on high intensity, constantly varied functional movements and grounded in exercise science. You will be surrounded by a community of athletes who make it fun and hold you accountable.

Personal Training

Personalized instruction means that every second of your gym time is devoted to meeting your needs. Your personal coach helps you build a specific skill set, strengthen weak areas, gain a competitive edge in your sport, and stay motivated to reach your goals.

Endurance Coaching

Endurance coaching prepares you for triathlon, running, biking and swimming events, obstacle course racing, mountaineering, skiing and other endurance sports. We build you a personalized 1:1 program where we map out your annual program based on your goals, provide daily programming, outline your daily and race day nutrition needs, define a race day strategy, endurance heart rate training zones and provide you access to your own personal coach who you have regular check-ins with and unlimited communication.

Nutrition

Nutrition is the foundation for athletic training and every day life. Our coaches work with you in removing the guesswork of nutrition and define a plan that is personalized for you. You will know what to eat, how much and when, based around your clearly defined and measurable goals. We take into account your current lifestyle, health history, personal needs and preferences, activity level and fueling needs, and define a program that will let you supercharge your athletic performance and every day happiness.

Teen Strength & Conditioning

The best foundation for a lifetime of success lies in education. Each of our preteen and teens classes sets a goal for our students, then teaches them to achieve it in incremental steps personalized to each athlete. These classes are designed for teens who compete in hockey, football, basketball, baseball, track or any other sport or no sport at all and just want to get more fit. Each session’s classes builds on basic developmental movements such as squatting, lifting loads, and developing cardiovascular capacity. As each student masters a skill, we will provide further challenges for them. We will also cover nutrition as well. Along the way, we make sure each athlete has a lot of fun. Our pre-teen and teen coaches are CrossFit athletes, coaches, and parents of pre-teens and teens. They have first hand experience in training teams and in building confidence in young athletes.
